I looked in my Personal Best list and saw that I have the Walleye and Pike caught on a Patriotic Walker. 
It only gave me the Emerald Sunken Canoe mission (I suppose as if I had already done the Fish Tag 1 mission). When this year's event started, I never got the Fish Tag Coordinates 1 mission.
