This can be very helpful to solidify a fitness routine in the beginning stages and help you to stay accountable with a trainer. At the beginning of every year, I meet with several new personal training clients who plan to kickstart their fitness journey. This is a great step to take if you are serious about achieving a specific goal or a project you are not confident with. With any kind of project, it is important to address the larger goal in mind followed by smaller goals to help you achieve it.
